Fellowship Design

The one year holds space for the traveler to design their own journey. This is a one-year full-time commitment.

Here is how it maps out.

Eligibility

- You are an Indian Citizen

- You possess an MBBS degree

- You are willing to commit to one year full-time

- Your values align with that of the fellowship

- You understand completely what the fellowship entails and are ready to have a grassroots immersive experience.

Selection Process

-The application form aims to collect the necessary primary details of the applicant. Some answers are subjective and we expect you to fill them honestly and openly.

-The applicant will then receive a phone call from the team. This is a brief, informal conversation to address any questions and ensure that we are on the same page.

-This will be followed by an online in-depth discussion to get to know each other better.

-After a few days, all candidates will be duly notified about their selection.

The Induction, Mid-Meet, End-Meet

The fellowship will require all travelers to meet at the very beginning for 5 days. This will prepare them to select their choice of centers and their way forward. In the same way, travelers gather after around 6 months of the fellowship. This is to exchange learnings and challenges and decide the course of the next half of travel. The fellowship will conclude with an end-meet, closing the one-year journey with reflection and introspection.

Choosing Centers

There is a pool of 12 centers across India and the traveler is free to choose their destinations. Some centers prefer a specific duration of time that a traveler must stay, while others are flexible with the duration. In the span of one year, a traveler visits an average of 4 organizations.

Food and Accomodation

Every center will arrange for a traveler's accommodation and acquaint them with food options. The housing and food options are humble.
